Name; Tobair Rònain/Tobair an Teampaill.

Said to have a connection with the two nearby chapels – St Moluag’s and st Ronan’s. A person suffering from lunacy would be given this water to drink and walked round St Moluag’s clockwise seven times and then tied to the altar, hopefully to sleep.

This well was visited by sufferers from many parts of north-west Scotland.
